Suzanne Lynch Design is committed to reducing the impact of its activities on the environment.
The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:
- Source and promote a product range to minimise environmental impact: identifying and promoting to clients products that are environmentally friendly, such as those made from sustainable materials and with a lower carbon footprint.
- Ensure the ethical and social suitability of suppliers and monitor their sustainability and social performance with increased use of audits and inspections.
- Where feasible using sustainable packaging moving away from use of plastics in packaging as far as is possible.
- Minimise waste and improve recycling as waste contract expiration allows.
- Switching to renewable energy sources as contract expiration allows.
- Meet or exceed environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
- Measure and record Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions as far as possible down the supply chain.
- Reduce and offset greenhouse gas emissions. Use an accredited program to offset residual greenhouse gas emissions, with the target of achieving carbon neutrality during 2025.
We commit to monitoring and reviewing our environmental performance and taking corrective action where necessary
